Started in 1982, Ray Bortz, LLC is a family owned and operated business
serving Montgomery, Berks, and Chester Counties. In the past 27 years we have had
the privilege to build for and serve many clients in mainly residential, but also
light commercial work. Clients call us to build their new, energy efficient custom
home as well as distinctive and unique additions and renovations to their existing
homes.
Over the years we have had built over 100 homes in addition to helping customers
plan and build that addition that complements both the exterior and interior of
their existing home. Our goal has been to provide quality conscious workmanship,
using proven and current technologies with competitive pricing. We offer easy to
read, clear specifications and contracts for each client to review and approve.
Many of our clients have benefitted from our local creative and efficient architect
for their design needs. We also work with local quality and cost-conscious sub-contractors,
some since 1982. Ray continues to be personally on the job daily working with employees
and sub-contractors to provide you with the experience and direction needed for
